Often the family needs, economic needs or dependent family, many citizens have to work in two different places, and even make two different hit. Of course there is also studying and working, which is exhausting and everything else, but working on both sides believe it is different, basically by assume responsibilities and the goal we set ourselves to do so. 
There are different ways of working: office hours, and shift roles, 7 x 7, 4 x 3, part-time, etc etc, allowing a person's adaptability so that they can work and n both sides. Having two jobs mean more income obviously, but you have no time to rest, to be with family, to run errands, in order, or for anything no time.
